Candidate applications will be accepted January 14 – February 13, 2026 at the City Secretary’s Office. Applications must be notarized, candidates may only file for one position, and a background check is required.

Trademark Property Co. is starting construction on Shivers Farm, a $120 million, 40-acre mixed-use development at North White Chapel Boulevard and West SH 114. The project will feature 110,000 sq. ft. of retail, 38,000 sq. ft. of office space, 37 single-family lots, and a 3-acre site for hotel or entertainment.

Planned public spaces, tree preservation, and walkable amenities aim to create a vibrant community hub, complementing Southlake Town Square and bringing a much-needed grocery store to the area. Construction and retail leasing are set to happen all at once, with restaurants and home builders eager to get started.

2026 looks set to be a busy year for Trademark, with multiple projects across DFW and beyond.
